Positive:         Subject + will + be + V-ing + … .

Negative: Subject + will + not + be + V-ing + … .

Questions: (Wh-) will + subject + be + V-ing + … ?

Yes, subject + will.

No, subject + will not. 

Note:     will => ’ll will not => won’t

To ask about future plans which we want it to happen.
