Past Simple (time)

Present Perfect Simple (action)
Actions happened and ended in the past, but time is mentioned. The actions happened and have not ended yet until now. The duration has not ended yet.
Sokha has gone to the market already.
Mr. Muny has taught English for 17 years.
I have had two cups of coffee already today.
