Usage 1: Polite requests & offers

I would like to see Thida.

Would you like anything else with that?

Usage 2: Reported speech (Will => Would)

“ I will get back to you soon,” our teacher said.

Our teacher said he would get back to us later.

Usage 3: Repeated Past Actions

When I was a child,  I would play toys a lot with my little brother.
